I have always been a natural storyteller. As my professional career began to wind down, I realized that I needed to open the next chapter of my life. Branching out into writing for pleasure, I turned to new projects and my debut novel – Scout of the Oregon Trail. A former Scoutmaster with thirty plus years of active involvement in both Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, school volunteering, and youth group chaperoning, I developed a natural love and talent as a storyteller. My wife Sherry and I are the proud parents of two grown children and six amazingly adventurous grandchildren.
